As soon as payment has cleared I will send it to you wrapped in bubble wrap in a jiffy bag with a packing slip. You will be kept informed if there are any delays.

Purple Marnie is an online shop only so I cannot accept pick ups (at this time)

If you have not received your item within 14 days of payment please contact me (21 days for outside the UK). It may be due to an error or it may require me to contact Royal Mail.

I always answer any questions you might have.

If you receive your item and you are not 100% happy you must first contact me. I cannot solve any problems if I am not informed.

You have 14 days from the date of arrival (I can check this) to let me know of any problems with your item to qualify for a refund.

To be able to receive a refund you must:

1. E-mail me (or telephone) explaining the problem
2. Return the item to me, the address is on the packing slip
3. Please send by recorded delivery as I cannot refund an item if I have not received it

After 14 days I can only exchange the item for you or offer to repair it. You are however responsible for the costs of sending to me.

If I am unable to supply a replacement I will issue a full refund on the return of the item.

Errors sometimes occur but I will rectify any which may occur.

Please be polite and clear when you contact me - any threats or insults will be ignored.

I reserve the rights to void a refund at anytime. I also hold the right to withhold 10% of the items worth if I refund you, this is to cover my costs (only occurs if you fail to comply with the rules outlined above).

All the jewellery on the site are one offs. Occassionally an instance may occur whereby a purchase is made for an item that is no longer in stock (either because of timing or as a result of an administration error in setting the stock level). In this case

1. The option of selecting a replacement item. This item must be up to the value of the original item. I will refund the difference if it is less.
2. OR a full refund.
